PROGRAM OVERVIEW
MEMBERSHIP
Level Up will operate on a seasonal basis for the 2026 calendar year.
Tryouts will be held in January and late spring for the summer season, and again in August for the fall/winter season. While we encourage players to attend all scheduled events, we also recognize and support the value of multi-sport participation. During the fall and winter seasons, we will work with families individually to accommodate other commitments when possible.
However, to compete at the highest level, full commitment is expected during the summer season. Players are required to prioritize all Level Up events throughout this period.
PRACTICES
SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER
Frequency: Weekly (12-16 Practices depending on team)
Locations: Lewis & Clark College, Lakeside High School
Day/Time Frame: Sunday morning/afternoons
Season Length: Mid September until December (unless attending Sandstorm)
TOURNAMENTS
Level Up attends both local and national events. We attend tournaments that offer the traditional 12v12 full-field format. Our national tournament selection varies per season and are heavily recruiting focused. Many of the national tournaments that we attend are IWLCA sponsored events. Our high school teams will attend 3 tournaments per season. Middle School will attend 2-3 tournaments per season. There are no tournaments in the spring as to avoid conflict with high school and youth season.
TEAMS
HIGH SCHOOL ELITE
Our High School Elite program is for our most competitive athletes to play in national and local tournaments. This team is designed for players seeking high-level exposure and the opportunity to compete in front of college coaches at national events.
HIGH SCHOOL SELECT
Our High School Select Travel Team is designed for players who are eager to elevate their game, compete at a high level, and travel to tournaments throughout the Pacific Northwest & California. We focus on developing strong fundamentals, proper mechanics, smarter decision-making, and a deeper understanding of the game — all while building each player's confidence.
Our teams are led by experienced coaches, including former high school and college players, many of whom currently coach at the college Division III level.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Our Middle School Team will participate in 2–3 local tournaments each season. We are committed to keeping this program accessible and convenient for families, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to player development.
The Middle School Program is open to girls graduating in the years 2031–2033.
